For Armory Gift Card Refunds, please provide your name, phone number and e-mail in the spaces provided. In the space labeled "Your Message" please provide the last 4 digits from the number on the back of the gift card. We will also need a mailing address as the refund checks will be mailed.
You will be contacted by e-mail once the information has been reviewed and a refund has been processed. In order to receive the refund, the physical card will need to be returned to the Armory. This can be done in person or by mailing the card to the Armory to
